Welcome to Jean Anne Gluten Free Micro Bakery — where tradition meets gluten-free goodness.
I’m Nikki, and this bakery is named in honor of my beloved Gramma, who also shares the name Nikki. Our middle names — Jean and Anne — inspired the name of this bakery and reflect the bond we shared. She’s the one who taught me how to bake and sparked my lifelong love for it.
While she didn’t have celiac disease, I do — and that diagnosis led me on a mission to recreate her cherished recipes in a way that’s safe for me as a celiac and others with gluten sensitivities. After years of experimenting, I’ve crafted treats that stay true to her legacy: warm, comforting, and absolutely delicious.
Every item we bake is 100% gluten-free and made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, following strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination. As someone with celiac disease, I understand how important it is to trust what you eat — and I’m proud to say that everything here is safe for those with celiac disease. This bakery is more than a business; it’s a love letter to my Gramma and a safe haven for others like me.
